Meet & Mingle Club understands that caregiving is hard, and things happen. We request a twenty-four-hour cancellation notice so that we can open the spot to others who may be on our waitlist.

No-Shows

After two no-shows for club events, participants will no longer be able to attend without permission from the Executive Director.

Illness

We serve an at-risk population, and their health is important to us. To protect our volunteers, staff, and participants, we have a strong Illness Policy

If you, your immediate family, or your participant is experiencing symptoms of communicable disease (or fever), please inform us so we can cancel your registration for the event.

Any participant with a recent fever must have been fever-free for 48 hours before attending any M & M Club event.
